IBA Recognizes Renewals

The Indiana Builders Association is taking membership retention seriously. This year’s membership retention plan includes more recognition for members in publications, on IBA’s website, and at IBA and local association events.

Beginning with the April issue of IBA’s monthly publication, Indiana Builder News, a “Look Who Renewed” section lists all members who renewed their membership in the association. This list will also be posted on IBA’s website.

IBA is hosting a “Retention Contest” for 2008 and the local association with the highest retention rate at year-end will receive the honors. Retention Standings will be published monthly in the Indiana Builder News and on IBA’s website.

At the May State Board of Directors meeting, IBA will launch a membership retention traveling trophy. The local association with the highest membership retention that month will be presented with the traveling trophy and get to display the trophy in their local area. They will also receive reserved seating at the meeting and recognized for their retention efforts.
