Association to Build a Better Indiana

Each Indiana local HBA must make a concerted effort to initiate effective political action programs throughout the year. The local HBA President and/or the Political Action Chairman must initiate contact with respective elected officials and invite them to address local HBA meetings.

By resolution of the IBA State Board of Directors, all Indiana locals are to be involved voluntarily in raising funds for the political work of the IBA in funding campaigns of housing and business candidates who seek state elective office. Each local association shall appoint a local political action chairperson responsible for coordination of political activities and raising at least $20 per member annually.
